Master of Science in Health Care Management Curriculum

Curriculum Information
The University of New Orleans has the largest business school in Louisiana, as well as one of the fastest growing executive education programs in the country. Our Master of Science in Health Care Management Program delivers a high-quality, high-value education.
The MS-HCM Program consists of 33 credit hours: 11 courses. Two approved electives can be taken at UNO or LSU Health Science Center.

Elective credit will be given to students required to take BA 6014. BA 6014 is required for students with a non-business undergraduate degree who have not had previous course work in accounting and finance.

The LSUHSC course listings are held at LSU Health Science Center. LSUHSC cross-enrollment should begin at UNO's MS-HCM office at Kirschman Hall, Room 307. Special Note: Once the course is completed at LSUHSC, the student must have a copy of LSUHSC's transcript sent to UNO's Registrar's Office.

Please note that while the web site provides an excellent overview, you should get the very latest information on graduate programs by reading the Graduate Programs Newsletter or contacting the MS-HCM Advisors at (504) 280-6279 or mshcm@uno.edu.
